We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker with excellent sewing skills to join our growing team. Please do not apply if you cannot both pattern make and sew. These are essential requirements for this role. We are a small but fast-growing company working with clients from around the world. Our workshop is a busy, high-turnaround environment where quality, efficiency, and professionalism are highly valued. We are looking for someone who loves their craft, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to build a long-term career with us. Fluent or confident English communication preferred Strong pattern making skills (essential) Excellent sewing and garment construction skills (essential) Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Monday to Friday work schedule BPJS provided Holiday pay
