Posisi System Engineer/Infrastructure (Middle Level) bertanggung jawab dalam merancang arsitektur serta mengelola ratusan server perusahaan dan lingkungan penyimpanan berkapasitas tinggi di berbagai infrastruktur hibrida. Peran ini menuntut keahlian teknis tingkat lanjut untuk memastikan keandalan sistem operasional secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi perancangan dan pengelolaan infrastruktur menggunakan Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) serta layanan cloud Microsoft Azure. Anda juga bertugas merancang Kubernetes siap AI yang terintegrasi dengan pipeline Nvidia CUDA, mengelola pemulihan bencana (disaster recovery) menggunakan Veeam Backup & Replication, serta secara proaktif memantau kesehatan sistem, jaringan, dan penyimpanan berperforma tinggi melalui SolarWinds guna menjamin kelancaran operasional tanpa gangguan.
Tanggung jawab: Architect and manage 300+ enterprise servers and high-capacity storage environments across hybrid infrastructures, utilizing Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and Microsoft Azure cloud solutions; Design and deploy production-grade, AI-ready Kubernetes infrastructure integrated with Nvidia CUDA pipelines and time-slicing configurations to maximize GPU hardware utilization for heavy workloads; Administer enterprise-wide disaster recovery and mission-critical application backups utilizing Veeam Backup & Replication; Proactively monitor system health, network bottlenecks, and high-performance storage clusters using SolarWinds to ensure perfect uptime; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Information Technology; Has 4+ years' experience as a System Engineer; Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and other Linux operating systems; Hands-on experience with Nutanix HCI and Microsoft Azure; Experience with backup and recovery systems, particularly Veeam Backup & Replication; Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL database systems; Experience using infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar tools; Knowledge of data center operations, management, and maintenance; Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
