Perusahaan konstruksi yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan membuka lowongan mendesak untuk posisi Architectural Finishing Engineer. Peran ini bertanggung jawab secara penuh dalam mengelola serta mengawasi seluruh pekerjaan finishing arsitektural baik interior maupun eksterior, memastikan setiap tahap konstruksi berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknik, standar kualitas yang ditetapkan, serta jadwal proyek yang telah direncanakan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and supervise architectural finishing works, including flooring, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and interior/exterior finishing; Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules; Review finishing drawings, material specifications, and construction methods; Monitor daily site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance; Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and project management teams; Conduct material inspections, quality checks, and finishing work inspections; Resolve on-site technical issues and prepare progress reports; Requirements.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural finishing or construction site supervision; Strong understanding of interior and exterior finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards; Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications; Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, or large-scale construction projects is preferred; Mandarin or English communication skills will be an advantage.
