Peran sebagai System Engineer bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap pengelolaan, pemeliharaan, serta pemecahan masalah (troubleshooting) pada sistem server, infrastruktur virtualisasi, dan penyimpanan data perusahaan berskala enterprise. Anda akan beroperasi di garis depan dalam memastikan keandalan sistem dan ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang optimal bagi operasional organisasi. Dalam kesehariannya, tanggung jawab utama meliputi instalasi, konfigurasi, pemeliharaan, serta perbaikan perangkat keras server dan sistem operasi. Anda juga akan mengelola administrasi server lintas lingkungan Windows Server dan Linux, mengonfigurasi platform virtualisasi seperti VMware vSphere dan Proxmox VE, serta mengelola sistem penyimpanan SAN/NAS dan SAN switches. Selain itu, posisi ini mencakup pelaksanaan konfigurasi jaringan termasuk VLAN dan pengalamatan IP, pengelolaan teknologi IBM AIX dan PowerVM, serta pemantauan ketat terhadap kinerja server dan keandalan sistem secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware and operating systems; Manage server administration across Windows Server and Linux environments; Configure and maintain virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere and Proxmox VE; Manage SAN/NAS storage systems, SAN switches, and enterprise storage infrastructure; Perform network configuration and troubleshooting, including VLAN, IP addressing, zoning, and multipath; Manage IBM AIX, IBM PowerVM, and clustering technologies; Monitor server performance, system availability, and infrastructure reliability.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field; Hands-on experience in server installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting; Familiar with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies; Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage systems, networking, and enterprise infrastructure; Knowledge of IBM AIX, IBM PowerVM, and cloud infrastructure is an advantage; Relevant certifications are preferred; Gender: Any.
