Posisi Transportation Analyst bertanggung jawab penuh dalam menganalisis kinerja operasional transportasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi biaya, utilisasi armada, produktivitas, serta kualitas layanan secara keseluruhan. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan dalam mengevaluasi data operasional secara mendalam untuk memberikan berbagai rekomendasi perbaikan yang tepat sasaran. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup analisis kinerja operasional transportasi seperti pemanfaatan armada, produktivitas perjalanan, performa pengiriman, dan pemenuhan SLA, serta pelaksanaan analisis biaya transportasi untuk menemukan peluang efisiensi. Selain itu, Anda akan memantau rute dan kapasitas kendaraan, mengembangkan KPI serta dashboard performa, melakukan analisis akar masalah (root cause analysis), hingga berkoordinasi secara lintas departemen dengan tim Transport Operations, Warehouse, Finance, dan Commercial.
Tanggung jawab: Analyze transportation operational performance , including fleet utilization, trip productivity, delivery performance, and SLA; Conduct transportation cost analysis to identify cost efficiency and improvement opportunities; Monitor and evaluate fleet utilization , including both internal and vendor fleets; Analyze the effectiveness of routes, vehicle capacity, number of trips, and fleet requirements; Develop and monitor transportation KPIs and performance dashboards on a regular basis; Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues or performance gaps and provide improvement recommendations; Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation productivity and efficiency; Prepare reports and provide insights on performance, cost, utilization, and operational trends for management; Coordinate with Transport Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Commercial, and other relevant teams in implementing improvement initiatives.
