Kualifikasi

• Proven working experience in Cyber Security Products (Endpoint and Server Protection, XDR, SASE) deployment and maintenance for at least 2 years
• Knowledge and experiences in Windows Server 2012 or later (Active Directory, ADFS)
• Networking knowledge including being familiar with the TCP/IP v4 and v6 protocol, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP
• Ability to seek solutions to problems using one’s own resource
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including create an activity report for product installation or maintenance
• Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
• Positive attitude, eager to take responsibility for work and shows initiative
• Knowledge and experiences on any network products (Firewall, IPS) are advantages
• Any certifications on Cyber Security are advantages
• Knowledge on Desktop Virtualization is an advantage
• Knowledge on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x or later is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Deploy Cyber Security Products, including:
• o System requirements Preparation
• o Install and configure
• o Perform patch and updates
• o Perform initial health check
• o Verify configuration align with the design
• o UAT
• Project documentation
• Transfer knowledge for daily operation & maintenance
• Perform Corrective Maintenance:
• o 24 x 7 support (on shift basis)
• o Data and Log collection and analysis
• o Troubleshooting
• o Escalating to level-2 support
• o Applying proposed solution
• o Documentation and reporting on each incident
• Perform Preventive Maintenance:
• o System health checking
• o Applying or upgrading necessary Firmware or Patch
• o Recommendation to prevent potential issues
• Documentation and reporting on each Preventive Maintenance activity
