Posisi pemagangan (Unpaid Internship) System Analyst memberikan kesempatan berharga untuk terlibat langsung dalam proyek pengembangan sistem, peningkatan proses bisnis, serta implementasi teknologi mutakhir di perusahaan. Anda akan bekerja berdampingan dengan developer, project manager, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis, mengonfigurasi modul Odoo ERP, serta mendukung pengujian sistem guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Assist in gathering and analyzing business and user requirements; Analyze and document existing and proposed business processes; Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements; Assist in analyzing and configuring Odoo ERP modules based on business needs; Prepare and maintain system documentation, including Business Process Flows, User Requirements, Functional Specifications, and User Guides; Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document testing results and identified issues; Coordinate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure system requirements are properly understood and implemented; Assist in identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency; Support system implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities; Assist with other projects related to Odoo, AI, business process improvement, and system development.
