System Analyst
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Analyst.
Solid understanding of SDLC and ability to prepare BRD/PRD documents. Proficient with documentation tools for flowcharts and activity diagrams (draw.io, MS Visio, or similar). Understanding of APIs (including testing with Postman), databases, and coding fundamentals.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experienced working cross-functionally with business, IT, QA, and project management teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct requirement gathering and in-depth analysis of client business processes, then translate them into clear system specifications and documentation (BRD, functional specs, use case diagrams, process flowcharts)
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to validate solutions and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and meet client expectations
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and new requirements, and provide improvement recommendations
- Prepare draft tasks and project timelines
- Design system flow, data flow, and solution architecture together with the development team
- Ensure all system changes and implementations are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders
