About the role We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and service-oriented Support Service Staff (Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, Inventory, Librarian, IT, School Nurse, Diknas Officer, HR and GA, and Facilities) to join our team at Singapore National Academy in Sidoarjo, East Java. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to support the school's daily operations and contribute to providing a safe, efficient, and welcoming learning environment for students, parents, teachers, and visitors. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of school operations and delivering excellent administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and operational support to the assigned department. • Assist in managing daily office operations, documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.

• Handle inquiries from students, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. • Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports. • Coordinate schedules, meetings, events, and school activities as required.

• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials. • Support procurement processes, inventory management, and office supplies. What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Finance, Nurse, Library, Management, Civil Engineering, Office Administration, Education, or a related field. • Previous experience in Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, Inventory, Librarian, IT, School Nurse, Diknas Officer, HR and GA, and Facilities or office support is preferred minimal 5 years • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
