The Support Engineer role is critical in bridging the gap between planning and field execution within a construction environment. This position involves technical preparation, cost estimation, and ensuring that all project activities align with design specifications and company quality standards.
Key responsibilities include preparing shop drawings, calculating Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP), and determining efficient construction methods. You will work synergistically with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Estimators to translate plans into clear work instructions, provide technical solutions for field issues, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Understanding of standard calculation methods (e.g., AHSP)
- Knowledge of construction regulations and standards
- Ability to analyze technical specifications
- Proficiency in creating shop drawings and Bill of Quantity (BoQ)
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare shop drawings based on consultant designs
- Create Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP)
- Propose effective and efficient construction methods
- Compile Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and equipment requirements
- Analyze technical specifications for field implementation
- Coordinate with Sales Engineer and Estimator teams
- Provide technical support and solutions during construction
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Field Supervision, and Logistics
- Monitor field work to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards
- Update performance reports based on RAP calculations
- Perform quality checks on completed work
- Submit routine progress reports to the Project Manager
