Manage demand planning, production scheduling, inventory, and on-time delivery
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain annual, monthly, and weekly demand forecasts (including raw material requirements), monitor KPI performance, and implement action plans to achieve business targets; Support production capacity planning, demand review meetings, and production order management to ensure manufacturing activities are aligned with customer demand; Coordinate with customers, PMC, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, resolve order-related issues, and maintain efficient order execution; Monitor and analyze raw material and finished goods inventory, identify exceptions, and implement continuous improvement actions to support supply chain performance; Collaborate with global teams and internal departments to support supply planning initiatives, optimize business operations, and accomplish assigned projects.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, PPIC, Order Management, or Supply Chain within the garment, tex; Strong knowledge of demand planning, production planning, factory order management, inventory control, and international trade/export business processes; Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with domestic and international customers as well as cross-functional teams; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Overseas manufacturing or factory experience is an advantage.
