• Job Purpose
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability and on-time order fulfilment by planning supply, production capacity, and schedules, while maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Material Supply
• Plan and monitor material requirements based on demand forecast, sales order and production plan
• Issue purchase requests and follow up with Procurement and suppliers
• Monitor supplier lead times and delivery performance; escalate delays early
• Prevent material shortages that could stop production
• 2. Order Fulfilment
• Ensure customer orders are met on time and in full
• Confirm sales order, delivery dates and communicate commitments to Sales
• Manage priority and urgent orders without disrupting the overall plan
• 3. Capacity Planning
• Assess machine, manpower, and tooling capacity against production load
• Identify bottlenecks and over/under capacity in advance
• Recommend adjustments such as overtime, additional shifts, or subcontracting
• 4. Production Scheduling
• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily production schedules
• Release work orders after confirming material readiness
• Monitor actual output versus plan and reschedule when disruptions occur
• 5. Stock Control
• Maintain safety stock, minimum and maximum levels for materials and finished goods
• Identify and report slow-moving, and excess stock
• 6. Reporting & Coordination
• Report key metrics: on-time delivery, inventory days, schedule adherence
• Coordinate daily with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, QC, and Sales
• Coordinate material delivery with suppliers
• Participate in planning and review meetings
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science, Informatics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in planning, PPIC, supply chain or in PPIC system development projects
• Strong Excel skills, pivot, power query, VBA
• ERP, Power BI, Python, database experiences preferred
• Understanding of MRP, BOM, and inventory management principles
• Good in math
• Good analytical thinking and cross-department communication skills
• Minimum English proficiency: Able to communicate in written English
• Domiciled in Cilegon/Surounding or willing to relocate
