PT Trust Recruit Indonesia mencari Supply Chain Manager profesional untuk memimpin seluruh kegiatan rantai pasok secara end-to-end di industri manufaktur dan B2B. Peran strategis ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas aktivitas pengadaan, pengendalian inventaris, manajemen gudang, dan logistik guna mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional. Anda akan berkoordinasi erat dengan pemasok internasional, tim internal, serta memimpin tim SCM untuk memastikan ketersediaan produk yang optimal dan kelancaran operasional harian.
Tanggung jawab: Lead end-to-end supply chain activities covering procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics; Manage inventory planning and replenishment to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels; Coordinate with overseas suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery; Monitor supply chain costs, KPIs and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvements; Lead and develop the SCM team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations; Requirements:; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field; 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Inventory Management, with team leadership experience; Experience in industrial/manufacturing, Oil & Gas, piping, valves, fittings or similar B2B industries is preferred; Strong experience in inventory planning, procurement and warehouse/logistics management; Good English communication skills and experience dealing with overseas suppliers; Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified; Important Note: PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Tanggung jawab
