Supervisor Warehouse & Delivery

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and control inbound and outbound delivery activities related to warehouse operations. Ensure all delivery processes are executed on time, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.

Monitor daily delivery operations for all shipments. Coordinate transportation activities, including truck allocation, loading/unloading, and delivery scheduling. Handle and resolve delivery-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.

Coordinate with the Transportation Vendor Management (TVM) team regarding trucking rates, truck ranking, and sourcing on-call trucks from new vendors when required. Ensure truck availability to support operational and project requirements. Monitoring POD return to Project.

Monitor and control trucking performance, operational issues, and service quality. Supervise and monitor Control Tower activities at operational sites. Analyze and follow up transportation claims.

Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous process improvement. Ensure transportation activities comply with company safety standards and operational procedures. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
