PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi profesional yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung dalam tim pergudangan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi sebagai Logistics Delivery Specialist. Perusahaan bergerak di bidang manufaktur alat berat dan berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan pengiriman yang andal kepada pelanggan. Dalam peran purna waktu ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengoordinasikan, merencanakan, dan mengeksekusi operasi pengiriman agar selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan. Tugas harian meliputi pengaturan rute pengiriman yang hemat biaya, pemantauan kinerja pengiriman, pengelolaan dokumen pengiriman seperti manifes, pelacakan pengiriman secara langsung, serta penanganan kendala logistik guna memastikan kepuasan pelanggan secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinating and planning delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods; Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff and customers to confirm delivery schedules and requirements; Monitoring delivery performance metrics and identifying opportunities for operational improvements; Preparing and processing delivery documentation, including manifests, bills of lading and delivery confirmations; Tracking shipments in real time and providing customers with accurate delivery updates; Managing delivery exceptions and resolving issues such as delays, damaged goods or delivery disputes; Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries and storage activities within warehouse management systems; Collaborating with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations; Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in all delivery operations; Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimise delivery processes and reduce operational costs.
