Supervisor Supply Planner

Tasks & Responsibilities Manage and execute supply-related transactions, including bulk asphalt cargo importation, diesel FOB purchases, and freight charters. Ensure smooth system flow and maximize overall enterprise value by collaborating closely with internal supply chain stakeholders (Operations, Shipping, Treasury, Finance, etc.).

Maintain and build strong, trusting internal and external working relationships with suppliers, traders, customers, and ship owners. Ensure all trading and supply activities are conducted within appropriate delegations of authority and strictly conform to company internal policies. Manage, track, and solicit the progress of KPI items assigned to the team or sub-group.

Qualifications Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficiency in commodity physical and paper trading, along with a basic understanding of different hedging strategies.

Prior experience in Diesel (Solar) and/or Bitumen/Asphalt markets is highly preferred. Prior experience in commodity supply, risk management, supply economics, or logistics roles is strongly considered. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a larger team with multiple cross-functional interfaces.

Proficiency in both written and conversational English and Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred.
