Posisi Supervisor Software Engineer atau Tech Lead menawarkan kesempatan untuk mengambil peran kepemimpinan teknis yang strategis. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin pemecahan tugas, memberikan bimbingan, serta mengambil keputusan teknis yang krusial untuk memastikan pengembangan perangkat lunak berjalan optimal dan berkualitas tinggi.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience; Minimum 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with experience as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead; Strong understanding of backend engineering, system architecture, and system design; Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems, including scalability, reliability, idempotency, concurrency, and fault tolerance; Experience in application performance analysis and production troubleshooting; Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design, transactions, indexing, and query optimization; Good understanding of Kubernetes and containerized applications; Able to create and understand ERD, Use Case, and Sequence Diagrams; Strong technical leadership, task breakdown, mentoring, and decision-making skills; Experience in fintech, payment, or financial systems is a plus; Experience with Node.js/TypeScript is a plus; Can join immediately.
