Supervisor Quality Control (Fashion)

Requirements Minimum 3–7 years of experience in garment/apparel manufacturing, 2–3 years in a supervisory role Strong experience in Cut, Sew, Finish production environments

Strong experience in Inline QC and Final QC processes Experience in factory and vendor quality management, handling local and export quality standards Experience in woven, knit, denim, or activewear is an advantage

Strong understanding of garment construction and workmanship standards Strong knowledge of fabric characteristics, defects, and material quality Strong understanding of AQL standards and quality inspection processes

Familiar with pre-production approvals, PP sample, and size set processes Experience in root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone) and CAPA implementation Understanding of buyer compliance, product safety, and labeling requirement.
