HIRADC Training Heavy lifting and rigging competency certification About the role PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our construction team on a contract basis. This position is based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, and represents a critical supervisory role within our operations. As Lifting Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the safe execution of all lifting operations on the project site. This role ensures that lifting activities are properly engineered, risk assessed, and executed in compliance with project safety procedures, lifting standards, and Indonesian occupational safety regulations. This position plays a key role in preventing lifting-related incidents by ensuring proper lifting plans, equipment inspection, and competent personnel are in place

Key responsibilities Supervise all lifting operations on construction sites, including the operation of cranes, hoists and other lifting equipment Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on all lifting equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation

Plan and coordinate lifting schedules in alignment with project timelines and construction activities Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards and company policies Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings with lifting crews and operatives

Investigate and report on any incidents, near-misses or equipment failures, implementing corrective actions Communicate effectively with project management, site engineers and other construction teams to ensure seamless coordination Train and mentor lifting equipment operators and support staff on safe practices and operational procedures
