Train and develop the front-of-house team, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance Resolve customer inquiries and address any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner Assist the management team in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures

What we're looking for Previous minimum 1-2 year experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a similar high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other departments Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
