Tanggung jawab: Create and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel and villa assets; Ensure all facilities are always safe and ready for use; Reduce downtime through routine inspections and preventative measures; Monitor the condition of buildings, rooms, villas, public areas, restaurants, offices, and back-of-house; Ensure all facilities meet boutique hotel quality standards; Monitor pool water quality; Ensure pool machines and filtration systems are operating properly; Handle guest complaints related to technical facilities; Provide prompt responses in accordance with service standards; Manage engineering inventory; Control the use of spare parts, tools, and materials; Manage engineering work schedules; Provide coaching to Engineering Technicians.
