Kami mencari seorang Supervisor yang memiliki sikap proaktif dan kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk memimpin operasional harian. Sebagai Supervisor, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan standar layanan, kebersihan, dan keramahan tetap terjaga secara konsisten. Anda akan memimpin tim di lapangan, melakukan briefing sebelum shift, memantau kedisiplinan serta produktivitas staf, dan menangani keluhan tamu secara profesional. Selain itu, Anda akan mengoordinasikan operasional antara dapur, bar, dan kasir, serta menyusun laporan kinerja outlet secara akurat.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise daily outlet operations throughout the shift; Ensure service, cleanliness, grooming, and hospitality standards are consistently maintained; Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign responsibilities to the floor team; Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity; Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and effectively; Ensure opening, operational, and closing procedures are completed according to SOP; Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, cashier, and management teams; Monitor stock availability, equipment, and other operational requirements; Support staff training, coaching, and performance evaluation; Ensure transactions, cash handling, POS operations, and shift reports are accurate; Prepare operational reports, including guest feedback, incidents, and outlet performance; Maintain outlet safety, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the shift.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably as a Supervisor, Captain, or Senior Service Staff; Good understanding of restaurant, bar, or nightlife operations; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Able to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment; Customer-oriented with good complaint-handling skills; Disciplined, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently; Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic operational reporting; Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets and Word/Docs; Able to work with targets and follow operational standards and SOPs; Willing to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays; Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred and will be considered an advantage; Candidates residing around Gading Serpong / Tangerang are preferred.
