Student Supervisor

Role Purpose To provide consistent supervision and support for students throughout the school day, helping to create a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment. This role serves as a trusted adult presence during breaks, transitions, and whenever teachers require temporary classroom support. Key Responsibilities

Student Supervision • Supervise students during break times, transitions, and other unstructured periods. • Promote a safe, calm, and respectful school environment.

• Support positive student behavior and resolve minor issues appropriately. • Report any concerns regarding student wellbeing, behavior, or safety to teachers or management. • Provide guidance and support to younger students when needed.

Classroom Support • Supervise classes when a teacher is temporarily unavailable. • Maintain a calm, focused, and productive learning environment.

• Ensure students remain engaged with assigned tasks and activities. • Follow instructions provided by the classroom teacher. • Communicate any significant incidents or concerns after the session.
