Structured Cabling Team Leader

Job Description Lead and supervise structured cabling installation teams for Data Center and Enterprise Network projects. Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Supervise installation of Copper UTP, Fiber Optic, racks, and supporting infrastructure. Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams during project execution.
Prepare daily progress reports, as-built documentation, and project records. Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Structured Cabling projects, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader or Site Leader. Strong knowledge of Copper UTP, Fiber Optic, racks, containment systems, and structured cabling standards.
Experience in Data Center or Enterprise Network projects is preferred. Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

- Supervise installation of Copper UTP, Fiber Optic, racks, and supporting infrastructure
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams during project execution
- Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover
- Ensure compliance with TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Prepare daily progress reports, as-built documentation, and project records
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Structured Cabling projects, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader or Site Leader
- Strong knowledge of Copper UTP, Fiber Optic, racks, containment systems, and structured cabling standards
- Experience in Data Center or Enterprise Network projects is preferred
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel and work at project sites as required
