Key Responsibilities : Make purchases of trade products.

Negotiate to get competitive prices & optimal payment terms. Maintain good relations with vendors / principals. Ensure product documents are available correctly & completely.

Ensure to qualify vendors according to regulations. Ensure that the purchased products are in accordance with the agreed terms & conditions. Ensure purchased products comply with the agreed specifications, terms, & conditions.

Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Pharmacy / Apothecary . Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Fluent in English (written & spoken) , Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
