Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or in a similar retail leadership role. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales performance. Sales- and target-oriented with the ability to analyze store performance.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems. Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about fashion and lifestyle.

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Based in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Oversee visual merchandising to maintain the brand's standards and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock accuracy, and stock-taking activities
  • Create staff schedules and monitor attendance, discipline, and overall team performance
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
  • Coordinate with management regarding store performance, promotional activities, and operational improvements
