Store Sales Assistant – International Fashion Brand

Location: Sira Village, Grand Outlet Bali, Kura Kura Bali Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Rp4,500,000 gross base salary per month + monthly sales commission of up to Rp 2,000,000 Potential Total Monthly Earnings: Up to Rp 6,500,000 gross We are looking for professional, energetic and responsible Store Sales Assistants to join our new store at one of Indonesia’s newest luxury retail destinations. The main responsibility of this position is direct in-store sales . Successful candidates must be confident approaching customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and professionally completing sales.

This is an active, customer-facing sales position rather than a primarily administrative or cashier role. Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets. Deliver professional and attentive service to local and international customers.

Develop strong knowledge of the brand, products, materials, sizing, fit, care instructions and current promotions. Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain merchandise, store equipment and the sales environment in excellent condition.

Remain proactive, attentive and productive throughout scheduled working hours, except during authorised rest and meal breaks. Minimum one year of experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Advisor or similar customer-facing position in fashion retail. Demonstrated ability to sell directly to customers and work toward sales targets.

Strong interpersonal, communication and customer-service skills. Confident, friendly and proactive when approaching customers. Responsible, honest, punctual and dependable.
