Role Descriptions: Fully responsible for the daily operational management and optimization of the company's online stores across various e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee) in the Indonesian market. The core responsibility of this position is to boost sales performance, conversion rates, and profitability through product management, in-depth data analysis, pricing/promotion strategy execution, and efficient cross-team collaboration to achieve predetermined store sales KPI targets. Job Descriptions:
Marketplace Operations & Store Health Management: Manage the daily operations of online stores on the Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms, ensuring all SKU data, product categories, prices, stock, and text/image information are accurate and updated regularly. Regularly monitor store health indicators (Shop Health Score) and platform rankings, and ensure full compliance with the latest policies and regulations of each e-commerce platform to avoid violations or point penalties.
Sales Performance & Listing Optimization: Directly responsible for achieving the store's primary KPI targets (Revenue, CVR, AOV, Traffic, and Bounce Rate). Optimize product listing pages, including titles, key visual content, detail page design, and customer review management to eliminate friction in the consumer shopping journey and increase conversions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze daily data from the e-commerce platform backend, compile regular evaluation reports on sales performance, consumer purchasing behavior, and campaign effectiveness to provide strategic recommendations to the team. Monitor pricing movements, Mega Campaign promotional strategies, and viral product activity from key competitors (such as Moell, Gently, etc.) in real time to quickly adjust internal operational strategies.
Pricing & Campaign Commercials: Execute product pricing strategies to maintain an optimal balance between sales volume growth and a healthy company profitability margin. Configure and monitor the effectiveness of promotions on the e-commerce platform, such as recurring discounts, store voucher creation, Flash Sale participation, and bundled packages to boost AOV during Mega Campaigns (Double Date, Payday, etc.).
