Sebagai Store Manager di Jakarta, Anda akan memimpin operasional toko secara menyeluruh sekaligus menjadi duta merek yang memperluas jaringan lokal dan mengakuisisi pelanggan baru. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pemantauan performa penjualan berdasarkan KPI, memimpin dan memotivasi tim untuk mencapai target, serta memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang luar biasa melalui teknik penjualan yang efektif. Anda juga akan mengawasi penataan visual toko, pengelolaan stok, kepatuhan SOP, serta melakukan rekrutmen dan pengembangan karyawan di lingkungan kerja yang bergerak cepat.

Tanggung jawab: Monitor sales performance (KPIs) and execute action plans with Area Manager; Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and ensure excellent customer experience; Ensure effective selling techniques (up-selling, cross-selling, co-creation services); Build strong customer relationships, manage feedback, and drive client loyalty/database; Act as brand ambassador to grow local network and acquire new customers; Support business growth through partnerships and identifying market opportunities; Represent brand values and ensure strong product knowledge across the team; Maintain store merchandising, visual standards, and product assortment alignment; Recruit, train, and develop team while managing performance and engagement; Oversee store operations, stock management, SOP compliance, and use of digital tools; Your personal qualities :; Bachelor degree from reputable university would be an advantage; Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, supporting a diverse environment; At least 5 years in a similar position, hands on experience in managing a fast-paced fashion store; Have a strong drive and act on your own initiative without being prompted; Mature, outgoing and have pleasant personality as well as possess excellent presentation, communication and selling skill; Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment; Willing to be based in store and work in shift schedule; Sound interesting?
