• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Ensure food quality, beverage standards, cleanliness, and customer service consistently meet company standards
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and stock control while minimizing waste and losses
• Oversee cash handling procedures, daily sales reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations
• Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Develop and implement promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives to drive business growth
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all restaurant operations
