Store Operation Cooperate with the partner store manager to complete all store operation and management work. Sales Management Formulate store sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve the sales targets assigned by the company. Operation Coordination Maintain good communication and collaboration with the platform and headquarters, and support the implementation of the company’s various strategies.

Merchandise and Display Management Monitor merchandise turnover, coordinate with partners for timely replenishment, and ensure that merchandise displays comply with the company’s VM (Visual Merchandising) standards. Customer Service Supervise and manage in-store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure customers receive satisfactory service experience. Team Management Cooperate with partners to complete the recruitment and training of store employees, ensure sufficient staffing in the store, and maintain employees’ work enthusiasm and service quality.
