Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Minimum 5 years of experience in mining industry. Strong knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management Systems , including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 , and Energy Management System (ISO 50001) . Strong reporting and documentation skills are highly preferred.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within teams and across departments. Holds relevant professional competency certifications applicable to the position. Holds valid POP (First-Line Operational Supervisor) or POM (Middle Operational Supervisor) certification is preferable.

Holds SIM A driving license Domicile in East Kalimantan is preferred Willing to be positioned in Paser Mine Site in East Kalimantan

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop work plans and maintenance schedules for stockpile operations and maintenance activities
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects within the stockpile area
  • Coordinate closely with business partners and contractors involved in stockpile maintenance activities, including rejected coal disposal
  • Actively support Good Mining Practice (GMP) initiatives, particularly in conservation and stockpile area management
  • Supervise stockpile maintenance activities to ensure work quality meets company standards
  • Support the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements in the stockpile area in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Provide active support for both maintenance and operational activities within the stockpile area
