Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for junior-level positions); relevant experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Good understanding of Steel Melting Shop processes, including EAF, LF, and Continuous Casting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems or Power BI is an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment
• Willing to work in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi, and in shifts where required

Tanggung Jawab

• Depending on the assigned role, you will:
• Support Steel Melting Shop operations involving Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Furnace (LF), and Continuous Casting processes
• Analyze production and operational data to improve process performance and product quality
• Prepare technical reports, production plans, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations
• Monitor process parameters, raw materials, and casting activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies
