Available Positions Technical Assistance Supervisor Technical AssistanceScrap & Hot Metal Coordination Plan Caster Control Room
Tanggung jawab: Depending on the assigned role, you will:; Support Steel Melting Shop operations involving Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Furnace (LF), and Continuous Casting processes; Analyze production and operational data to improve process performance and product quality; Prepare technical reports, production plans, and operational documentation; Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations; Monitor process parameters, raw materials, and casting activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives; Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for junior-level positions); relevant experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage; Good understanding of Steel Melting Shop processes, including EAF, LF, and Continuous Casting; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems or Power BI is an advantage; Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment; Willing to work in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi, and in shifts where required.
