Domino’s Pizza Indonesia mencari Cost Control Supervisor untuk bergabung dengan tim Supply Chain di Commissary Jababeka, Cikarang. Posisi ini memegang peran kunci dalam memantau dan menganalisis biaya operasional, mengidentifikasi selisih biaya, serta mendukung efisiensi biaya secara menyeluruh dalam operasional rantai pasok dan fasilitas produksi makanan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor actual costs against budget, standard costs, and agreed parameters; Analyze material usage, waste, yield, inventory variance, and other cost drivers; Identify root causes of cost variances and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams; Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports; Ensure completeness and accuracy of cost-related data and supporting documentation; Coordinate with Commissary, Warehouse, Procurement, Planning, and Finance teams to follow up and close agreed action items; Monitor significant cost gaps and recurring issues, and provide recommendations for improvement; Identify control gaps and support initiatives to reduce leakage, waste, and unnecessary costs; Drive continuous improvement and support cost-saving initiatives within Supply Chain operations; Job Requirement :.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control, inventory control, manufacturing finance, supply chain, or related areas; Strong knowledge of cost variance, inventory, waste, and yield analysis; Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills; Proactive, structured, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment; Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, commissary, or supply chain operations is a plus; Placement: Jababeka Commissary, Cikarang.
