Staff Quality Control QC

WE ARE HIRING Quality Control (QC) Placement: Lamongan PT. Shoetown Mustika Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control (QC) professional to ensure that all footwear products meet established quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining product consistency, identifying defects, and supporting continuous quality improvement within the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections across production stages (cutting, stitching, assembly) Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications Conduct quality audits and maintain accurate QC documentation

Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as QC in footwear manufacturing Or minimum 2 years of experience as operator leader (Cutting, Stitching, Assembly)

Strong understanding of inspection procedures, quality audits, and QC documentation Detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-focused Able to work independently and as part of a team
