Peran Solution Design Specialist berfokus pada perancangan solusi teknis dan pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan bisnis serta desain sistem untuk mendukung pengembangan produk yang andal dan berkualitas tinggi. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pemahaman mendalam terhadap Business Requirement Documents (BRD) dan Solution Design, penyusunan strategi perancangan solusi, serta memastikan spesifikasi desain sistem selaras dengan kebutuhan fungsional dan teknis aplikasi. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim terkait untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem dari perspektif strategis dan bisnis guna mendukung kelancaran penyampaian sistem.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or Information System; Minimum GPA of 3.00; Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance; Strong understanding of Project Management; Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications; Good leadership and analytical skills for decision-making; Strong commitment to achieving results; Good verbal and written communication skills; Good interpersonal and negotiation skills; Strong root cause analysis skills from strategic, business, and system perspectives; Open-minded, critical, dynamic, and proactive mindset.
