PT. Nipsea Paint and Chemicals is seeking a Staff Operational Excellence to join their team in Jakarta. This role is dedicated to optimizing warehouse and logistics operations through data-driven insights and process improvements. The incumbent will monitor and maintain operational and logistics data, ensuring that all activities related to warehouse management and goods distribution are tracked accurately. Key responsibilities include managing contract documentation and business agreements with logistics vendors, maintaining effective communication with external parties to ensure projects adhere to timelines, and performing material maintenance in the SAP MM module. The role also involves ensuring the strict implementation of warehouse and delivery SOPs to enhance overall productivity and operational efficiency across the organization.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and maintain operational and logistics data related to warehouse and goods distribution activities; Manage contract documentation and business agreements with logistics vendors; Maintain effective communication with external parties/vendors to ensure projects run according to the timeline/schedule; Perform material maintenance activities in SAP for the MM module; Ensure the implementation of warehouse and delivery SOPs as the standard for warehouse team operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field; Ability to process and analyze operational data; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables); Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus; Comfortable working across departments; Fluent in English (active both spoken and written).
