Patient Journey Management: Able to accompany patients throughout the IVF pathway, from doctor consultation to discharge and post-procedure follow-up. Communication & Empathy: Highly communicative, empathetic, and skilled in building patient trust and rapport. Follow-up & Conversion: Experienced in structured follow-up processes and patient engagement through to IVF case closure.

Service Orientation & Professionalism: Detail-oriented, service-focused, professional, and committed to strict patient confidentiality. Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with medical and non-medical teams. Tools: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, basic CRM tools, and Google Sheets
