About the role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Import to join our team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing our import operations and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating import activities, processing documentation, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods through customs. You will work closely with suppliers, customs authorities and internal teams to ensure that all import procedures are executed efficiently and in accordance with legal requirements. This position is essential to maintaining the flow of our supply chain and supporting the company's operational objectives.

Key responsibilities Processing import documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin Liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders and customs authorities to ensure clearance of imported goods

Verifying accuracy of import shipment details and ensuring compliance with import regulations and tariff classifications Coordinating with suppliers to resolve documentation discrepancies and expedite clearance processes Managing import tracking systems and maintaining accurate records of all import transactions

Calculating and processing import duties, taxes and fees in accordance with customs requirements Conducting inspections of arriving goods and reconciling physical inventory with documentation Preparing import reports and providing updates to management on import activities and challenges

Ensuring compliance with all relevant import and customs regulations and company policies What we're looking for Proven experience in import operations and has experience with PPKEK data entry and works in a bonded zone
