Main Responsibilities : Lead and manage engineering projects, including project planning, execution, and machine installation activities. Oversee the installation and modification of production machinery to improve operational performance and efficiency. Develop, implement, and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs. Manage the SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) system and spare parts inventory to ensure equipment reliability and availability. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiatives. Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and external audit requirements. Promote and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Management Systems, Kaizen, and all applicable company policies and regulations. Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing operations in Flavor / Fragrance manufacture company. Strong experience in project management, production machine installation, and equipment modification. Solid knowledge of Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance methodologies. Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) and spare parts management. Good understanding of Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, automation, and digital manufacturing technologies.
