Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment, HR Administration, or HR Generalist roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply). Strong understanding of recruitment processes and basic HR administration.
Knowledge of employee training and development processes is an advantage. Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR data management.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower requests, job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation. Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents. Maintain recruitment databases and generate recruitment reports as required. People Development & Learning Support
