Contract Arrangement: Outsourcing Company Location: Jl Kawasan Industri Bayur, Tangerang (Full WFO) Job Requirements
Tanggung jawab: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and inspections of canteen operations, cleanliness, area comfort, facilities, food availability, and food safety implementation; Ensure vendors comply with hygiene standards, SLA, contract requirements, company policies, service quality, menu variety, and operational performance; Monitor food storage, product expiration dates, and identify potential food safety risks; Handle canteen user complaints and feedback, follow up on issues, and propose service improvements; Prepare reports, document findings, manage operational data, and ensure regular follow-up and closure of inspection findings for monitoring and audit purposes; Responsible for supporting internal and external audits related to canteen operations, food safety, hygiene, and compliance, including CSR, SMETA, ISO, and Global audits conducted periodically throughout the year.
