About the role Rafa karya Indonesia' is seeking a talented Staff Accounting & Tax to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Banten. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. What you'll be doing Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports Calculating and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation What we're looking for Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting or finance industry Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
