JAV Smart Board membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai HR Business Partner dengan kemampuan multibahasa Mandarin dan Inggris. Peran strategis ini bertindak sebagai jembatan penghubung antara manajemen penutur bahasa Mandarin dan tim lokal dalam menjalankan operasional HR sehari-hari serta membangun sistem kepegawaian yang solid untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis tablet konferensi di Indonesia.
Tanggung jawab: Act as the HR partner to Mandarin-speaking management on headcount, organizational structure, and people strategy; Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; Prepare and administer employment contracts and company policies in line with Indonesian labor regulations; Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, BPJS, and tax (PPh 21) coordination; Handle employee relations, performance management, and KPI/bonus schemes; Supervise and guide the HR Assistant; Translate and communicate HR policies and management decisions between Mandarin and Indonesian/English; Prepare regular HR reports and recommendations for management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field; Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in a generalist or HRBP role; Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
