This role is for a fast-paced, growing F&B Coffee Company established in 2022, which has expanded to over 430 stores across Indonesia. The Senior Warehouse & Logistic Manager will oversee inventory management, logistics, and procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize costs, and guarantee on-time delivery. The incumbent will develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with project objectives and budgets. They will collaborate with production and maintenance teams to forecast demand, analyze internal category profiles (including spend and SKU analysis), and monitor supply chain performance to implement cost-saving initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory records and developing best practices for inventory control.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement material management, logistics, or related fields; At least 3 years of exposure in a leadership capacity within the coal mining sector; Passionate and dynamic individual with strong leadership skills; Willingness to travel as needed; Preferably have experience from Food & Beverage/FMCG/F&B Retail/Retail Chain industry; Fluent in English both written and spoken.
