Sr. QA Engineer berperan sebagai pemimpin dalam upaya jaminan kualitas produk perangkat lunak perusahaan. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan standar kualitas yang tinggi dengan meninjau spesifikasi teknis, merancang skenario pengujian, serta mengidentifikasi risiko pada setiap fitur yang akan dirilis. Peran ini menuntut kolaborasi erat dengan tim pengembang dan pemilik produk untuk memastikan kualitas aplikasi web maupun mobile (Android dan iOS). Anda akan mendefinisikan metrik kualitas, melakukan pengujian sistem, serta melakukan analisis akar masalah (root cause analysis) terhadap bug yang ditemukan. Selain itu, Anda diharapkan untuk terus memperbarui strategi pengujian dan berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan alat otomatisasi pengujian.
Tanggung jawab: Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks to, and ensure shipping features with a high-quality bar; Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback; Leads quality assurance efforts that align with product/project objectives; Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product/project; Work closely with development teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage, quality, and production health; Work closely with the development team and also the product owners, to ensure the quality of software produced by the company; Perform system testing and end-user testing on our suite of solutions, comprising web-based applications, mobile apps on both Android and iOS platforms; Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies; Participate in test automation tool development with generic usage; Define, document, and run data-driven test cases; Analyze test results, identify bugs and perform root cause analysis.
Kualifikasi: Min. 5 years working experience in QA; Well versed with test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications; Good and strong at test analysis fundamental and suggest the solutions from User’s point of view.
