Jakarta, Indonesia The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will act as a technical bridge between sales, customers, and product teams within the Electronic Security domain , covering Access Control and Video Management Systems . The role is primarily focused on pre-sales solutioning, technical consulting, and customer engagement , with an additional responsibility of providing targeted post-sales field support and escalations .

This position requires a strong ability to design, position, and validate security solutions , along with hands-on expertise to support deployment challenges across both software and hardware layers of integrated security systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Sales Engagement & Solutioning (Core Focus)

Perform specification compliance and design reviews for electronic security systems, including access control and video surveillance solutions . Provide technical consultancy and system architecture guidance to customers, consultants, and internal sales teams.

Video Systems (cameras, NVRs, video management systems) Integration with third-party systems such as Time & Attendance, Visitor Management, and Canteen Management systems Develop and deliver technical demonstrations aligned with customer use cases and operational needs.
