Premium women’s fashion boutique Schedule: 6 days per week (6/1) • Providing personalized service to boutique clients (mainly international customers) • Consulting clients on collections, fabrics, fit, and garment construction • Styling complete looks using brand collections • Driving sales performance and increasing average purchase value (including accessories upsell) • Managing the full client journey — from first contact to post-purchase communication • Building long-term relationships and developing a loyal client base • Maintaining boutique standards: cleanliness, organization, and presentation • Participating in visual merchandising (displays, mannequins, product layout)

• Proven experience in women’s fashion retail • Strong interest and understanding of fashion and styling • Ability to work with fabrics, fit, and garment details • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Advanced English with confident spoken communication • Attention to detail and high service standards • Sales-driven mindset and motivation to grow in premium fashion retail • Official employment according to Indonesian labor law • BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan • THR (holiday allowance) • Competitive fixed salary • Monthly performance bonus based on KPI results • Professional development within a premium fashion brand • Support and resources to grow within the fashion industry
