Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Specifier, preferably within the Building Materials industry
• Strong network with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, project owners, or related stakeholders
• Able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office , AutoCAD , and English (both written and spoken)
• Possess a valid SIM A & SIM C
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willing to be based in Jakarta
• Candidates with favorable Feng Shui birth years are preferred

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and secure product and system specifications with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and project owners
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, and educational events to promote the company's building material solutions
• Review architectural and engineering drawings to recommend suitable products and technical solutions
• Ensure proposed specifications comply with international standards and project requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, distributors, applicators, and other key project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress from design through specification stages and collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to maximize business opportunities
• Support project execution by providing technical and specification assistance to internal teams
• Prepare regular reports on customer visits, project pipelines, specification activities, and business opportunities
