The Specialist Network Operation Center (NOC) is responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and business continuity. This role involves monitoring IT infrastructure, verifying system health, and documenting incidents to facilitate continuous improvement and root cause analysis. Additionally, the specialist will manage records of system issues, including EDC-related bugs and application defects, ensuring that all technical challenges are addressed promptly to support seamless business operations.
Tanggung jawab: Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems to ensure optimal performance and business continuity after implementation; Monitor and verify the availability, health, and readiness of IT infrastructure required to support business operations; Document, track, and maintain records of incidents and system issues to facilitate investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, including EDC-related bugs and application defects.
Kualifikasi: Diploma Degree from Telecomunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering; At least 2 years experience as a NOC Engineer; Have deep knowledge about CISCO, Mikrotik, Voip and Linux Server; Familiar with network monitoring tools; Good Analytical, and communication skill.
